Show’s over, folks! And just as she did last year, Lady Gaga came away from the MTV EMA ceremony with more trophies than any other nominee—which is no small feat, considering the many amazing artists who were up for awards! After scoring the Biggest Fans, Best Song and Best Female EMAs, the ‘Born This Way’ singer closed out the night with the honours for Best Video.

Another notable victory: The first-ever Worldwide Act was won by Korean band BigBang, the nominee representing the Asia Pacific region. This marks the first time the EMA has handed out an award that was judged by fans all across the entire globe.

Before the ceremony wrapped up, we were treated to some amazing performances by the Red Hot Chili Peppers;  Snow Patrol; Justin Bieber; Selena Gomez and the Scene; David Guetta with Taio Cruz, Ludacris, and Jessie J; and our legendary Global Icon, Queen, featuring goosebump-inducing vocals by Adam Lambert. The late, greatAmy Winehouse was also honoured with a touching tribute.

Now that Lady Gaga has more EMAs than could possibly fit on her mantel, what could she do with them? If the (literally) over-the-top headgear she sported tonight is any indication, we’re guessing she’ll turn one into a hat.

We’re thrilled that so many millions of fans voted, watched, tweeted, posted, chatted, entered competitions, and otherwise took part in the biggest international music event of the year. It’s truly amazing to see so many music lovers around the world come together to participate in this whirlwind spectacular of a night.
